We want you to shop with confidence at CityMartIndia.in. Here's our refund policy:

1. Refund Window

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • After 48 hours, no refund requests will be entertained.

2. No-Questions-Asked (Within 48 Hours)

  • If the request is made within the 48-hour window, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy, provided the following conditions are met.

3. Mandatory Video Proof

  • A video is mandatory of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the issue (e.g., wrong item or damage).
  • Refunds will not be processed without this video evidence.
  • This is especially required in case of wrong or defective product delivery.

4. Refund Timelines & Courier Charges

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of refund approval.
  • In case of return/refund, courier charges must be borne by the customer.

1. Coverage Area

  • We offer shipping services only within India. International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days from confirmation.
  • Delivery duration may vary based on the delivery location and courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Courier charges are additional and calculated at checkout.
  • Product prices listed on the website do not include shipping charges, unless specified.

4. Payment Methods
